Shadow Mountain Lodge & Cabins offers four of the coolest Ruidoso Cabins available in the historic Upper Canyon. Each cabin has it's own private covered deck, full kitchenette with dining area,  2 person whirlpool tub and a double sided gas fireplace enjoyed from the bedroom or living area.  Relax on your private front deck and enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds and wildlife that frequent our property. Great place to celebrate a romantic getaway or any occasion!

The four cabin are situated together overlooking a garden and green space which is separate from the rest of the property.  The cabins offer a perfect place to relax and get away from it all.  It's also the perfect place to meet up with friends and family, but have your own place to retire to after the days events.  The cabins share a grilling area so if you fell like staying in you can still prepare a great meal.  The kitchenettes have a mini fridge, 2 burner cooktop, microwave and convection toaster oven, with cookware, glassware and other kitchen necessities.  The gas fireplace adds to  the cozy  ambiance and can be enjoyed in the living area and bedroom.  The TV is on a swivel so you can relax and watch a movie in bed and swivel it back to to enjoy your favorite show from the kitchen  or living area.  There is a dvd player and we have movies available to rent at the office if you didn't bring any.

The cabin is cozy and romantic with vaulted ceilings and mountain themed décor.   The king bed is fitted with bamboo sheets and a custom quilt set and will easily set you up for a great nights sleep, especially after a soak in the whirlpool tub.  There's a private water closet and vanity area beside the whirlpool tub that has a built in shower with soap and shampoo for your convenience.  Other amenities include a hair dryer, mini ironing board with iron, closet with drawers and essential paper goods, dish soap and towels.
